Visit the Chamizal National Memorial

On Saturday, March 21st, at 11 visit the Chamizal National Memorial, 800 S. San Marcial Street. Learn more about the historic shifts of the Rio Grande River and the resulting border dispute with Mexico. Walk the grounds and find out about how these border conflicts were finally resolved. Hear stories about the people of the Chamizal and the consequences of the Chamizal agreement. At the end of your tour, visit the Memorial museum. The tour should be no more than 1.5 to 2-hours long. Just come. No reservations are necessary.
The National Memorial also has a yoga class which begins at 1:30 pm if you would like to stay for that.
