Announces 40th Anniversary Founders Day Celebration
El Paso, Texas — The El Paso Mission Trail Association invites the community to celebrate its 40th Anniversary Founders Day Celebration on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Mission Valley Visitor Center, located at 9065 Alameda Ave., El Paso, Texas 79907.
This milestone event commemorates four decades of dedication to preserving and promoting the rich cultural, historical, and community heritage of the El Paso Mission Trail. The celebration will honor founding members whose vision established the Association and continues to guide its mission today.
The free community event will feature a full program of guest speakers, cultural presentations, and entertainment, including:

- Honoring of founding members
- Special guest presentations by community leaders
- Cultural performance by the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Social Dancers (1:00 p.m.)
- Introduction of past and current Association Presidents (3:00 p.m.)
- Live music by Guitar Slim
- Complimentary refreshments for attendees
- Silent auction benefiting the El Paso Mission Trail Association
